Amazing towing service! Very swift and quick, arrived at my location in 20 minutes. They got my Jeep with the collapsed ball joint onto the towing truck and out of it, with no dramas, and so smoothly. Professional service. Sitting on a public road behind this man for 10 mins whilst he’s strapping on bikes and he has not even acknowledged me. I asked him if he could kindly move as I had my baby in the back and we were rushing to an appointment ! This man swore at me and told me he was going to take longer. He also shouted at my mother in the window of the car. I hope that photo you took goes viral. I will be telling all my friends and family to avoid using this towing company. Family company with no MORALS. DISGUSTING 🤢

Service was fantastic! Shout out to Ali, we had large Smoke Oven to deliver. It was originally booked with another company . On the morning of delivery they cancelled. After contacting Keven Waters Towing who had helped us with car breakdowns before, we found they were better value and they sent a truck straight over and got the machine to our customer before 11AM! Nothing was a problem for Ali.

A huge thank you to Omar for being an amazing person during a horrible time. In a situation where I was not sure what to do next Omar said, ‘I’m going to look after you,’ and he did, which included organising all the next steps in the process, offering a lot of positivity and great chit chat, which was so beneficial for removing the focus of the stressful situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars and to highlight that the owner of this business was rude and verged on abusive. KWT did not call me to arrange the booking as was specified in the notes on the booking. They left a business card in my mail box when I was not home. When I called back to arrange pick up I booked collection for around lunchtime, I asked that my dad be called 1 hour prior to pick up so he could come over to give them the keys. They agreed to this. I left home around 9.30am and my dad arrived at 11am. At 3.30pm, I called to make sure everything was OK. I was rudely told that the job was on the list and allocated to a driver. I asked if the driver was still coming today, the response was "I already told you, it's on the list". I asked if this could be confirmed with the driver and was told "I have already confirmed it with you. The driver does pick ups until 6pm and you are on the list. If there is a problem someone will call you" At 6.30pm I called to see where the driver was. I was told by Kurt, the owner, that he allocates the jobs and he has never seen this job. I highlighted the above experience and that I had been told that someone would call me if there was an issue and no one has. He told me that as the owner of the business, none of this is his fault as he is not responsible for the information he has or for getting his staff to call me back. He said that my insurance company had not provided the correct contact number for me so no one could contact me. When I pointed out that I had called them on 3 occasions, not been asked to confirm my number and provided them with my dad's number, which was also never called, he still took no responsibility. He then told me that I had a terrible attitude, that he was cancelling the job with my insurance company and he hung up on me. I was given false information. There was no communication and the staff and owner were rude and abusive!
